To protect buyers and sellers, presale offers must comply with the LastDraw policy.

Only commercial sellers can offer items for pre-sale.

Sellers who are perceived negatively can be excluded from advance sales.

What does the principle say?

Activities that violate this principle can lead to a variety of actions. This includes, for example, the termination or cancellation of offers by LastDraw, poorer positions for all offers of the seller in the search results or the exclusion of offers from the search results. A lower seller rating, restrictions on buying or selling activities or the suspension of the LastDraw account are also possible. Any fees already paid or payable for offers or accounts that require action on our part will not be reimbursed or otherwise credited to your LastDraw account.

The German language version and not its translation(s) will govern in the event of a conflict between the German language version and a translation.
